[e-gold-list] E-Gold API broken

API spend attempts give the following error: (when it isn't returning 
Internal Server 500 errors)

"Web access required to update Date of Birth on record to continue."

Logging into the account and providing a Date of Birth gives the 
following error:

"Update not accepted. You can try again in a few minutes."
