[e-gold-list] Class action re 1mdc seizure?

I'm curious as to whether there is any kind of class action lawsuit that has
been instituted on behalf of the 1mdc account holders relating to e-gold's
apparent seizure of 1mdc's gold and closure of its account.

Anyone on this list aware of such?
