Dear Friends,
Good news for e-gold today:
http://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/ebdb8i
and
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/080420/neus003.html?.v=1
have the details.
As I understand it, the higher court ruled that the
relevant injunctions regarding the e-gold assets may
be reviewed under appeal. So, that sets up an opportunity
for an appeal to be heard on the seizure issues.
It also seems to me to reverse the judge in the case,
which is not something judges like. Since she would
not wish to be reversed again, she is likely to tread
carefully from now on.
Regards,
Jim
