[e-gold-list] Changing list pw

Just in case anyone wonders how to change one's list password (as we
used to do it via a web interface I haven't seen in a while), the
message body (sent to ListManagerSQL at talk.e-gold.com) needs to be
formatted something like below.

set e-gold-list oldpw=somepassw0rd pw=somenewp0sswerd

There should be no subject line, and it should be sent to
ListManagerSQL at talk.e-gold.com, but the confirmation will come from
ListManagerSQL-admin at talk.e-gold.com

It took me a few tries to get it it right, even after Googling and
finding the Lyris ListManagerSQL Manual at
http://lists.aapt.org/lmsqlmanual.pdf
