It's not the same judge, but that IS part of "our" judge's
community. My community affects me, and how I tend
to think about things. The fact that this guy thought he
could get away with this lawsuit says a lot about what's
still wrong with many aspects of the US legal system.

finally respond to this in a more useful way than before.

makes them look quite stupid in hindsight, and I plan to
make that stupidity uncomfortable, unless the crickets
are silenced. I again urge fellow contributors to impart a
much-needed clue.

Ron Paul, in the "debate," mentioned sound money. Do
any of you suppose big government's bogus war against
private alternatives to fiat currencies might become an
actual political issue, since these bogus confiscations
clearly have a hell of a lot more to do with politics than
law...
