Even under a paper standard, court papers like

(warning, big pdf file!!)
http://www.lemetropolecafe.com/img2003/memoformotiontodis.pdf

(Warning, huge Barrick Gold motion to dismiss in the Blanchard
lawsuit, which was denied by the judge, but still sworn-to, and
which admitted market manipulation!) can exist, and not really be
noticed for what they are, which is scary news only Bill Murphy's
GATA bothered to notice...

Who knows what the news media will not-notice next?

Anyway, with the USA's *totally* unregulated derivatives market
these days, the eventual problem is likely to be when suddenly a
counterparty doesn't exist some morning, as with LTCM or, more
recently, "Amaranth."
