Finally, some actual journalism.

All it takes, as usual, is making my hyper-nasty comments about
journalists. Like politicians, I guess ya sometimes gotta slap 'em
around first, in order to get any good ideas out of 'em. (See former
Rep. Bob Barr's evolving views, if you want a political example.)

One thing my Mom (a lawyer, and a good one) always said is that
you can tell the strength or weakness of a legal case by which of
the sides tries to take their case (usually dishonestly, as here) to
the news media FIRST. It's a good general rule...
