I only speak for Jim Ray on this issue, so I can't say much, but I'll say
this. So far, despite the lurid but BS allegations, none of us has
left. Not
a one...So yes, while the lawyer wins this case, everything will remain
pretty much the same as far as I'm concerned, and both companies are
still open, despite the BS. And take a look from about page 17 on at:

where lawyer Feurst intellectually demolished the bad guys entire case
a while ago. Talk about a smack-down. IMO the case should have been
over that day, but I'm biased. I'd like to say more, but I won't.
