IncrementalGold are selective scammers. They are online for many
years, but if you search on Google or TalkGold forum you will find
many complaints like your.

You just did the best thing. They are active on this list and usually
as soon as somebody complain here they refund him or process his
order. They are scammers who cares about their reputation. :)
btw. They are not processing old orders, but they are accepting new
orders. This is spam email that they sent yesterday:

Dear Customers,
The E-gold outexchanges (bank wires and Western Union) will be
processed in normal time(1-2 days) from now on.
However, as the situation with e-gold and Omnipay is still unclear we
have set a limit of 30 000 USD (or equivalent) per customer in one
day.

Funny part is that they copied one sentence from IceGold (just changed
amount per customer). From IceGold.com:
"However, as the situation with e-gold and Omnipay is still unclear,
we have set a limit of 10 000 USD (or equivalent) per customer in one
day."
:)

Predrag
