Jim:

I'm wondering where any REAL journalists might be?  It's been a long 
time since Watergate and few editors any longer have the guts to go 
up against the empires which own and regulate them.  If you get let 
go from a major, there's little likelihood of finding a similar 
ranked job.  One can only hope that more and more people simply never 
tune in.  I've not watched a telly news broadcast now for many, many 
years.  Good for the soul. <G>
