[e-gold-list] Update on court situation?

It would be good if someone has any updates on the court case to post.
A couple of weeks ago I went to the court's web-schedule page, which
mentioned that there was to be a telephone conference with the G&SR /
e-gold principals. Does anyone know what happened with this, or how
people can find out for themselves? Have there been any subsequent
court sessions? Anything?

PS: Does anyone at G&SR / e-gold have any comment to make on the new
c-gold service launched by our friend Robert in Malaysia? There has
been a pretty thorough examination of it on the dgcchat list, and I
guess there is a lot, if not total, cross membership of the lists.
