Q. Are you a card reseller?

A. No, The digigoldcard is not a reseller, nor does it allow resellers.
However, we do plan on creating an internal affiliate program for the site.




Q. Is the card you sell part of Card One Plus network?

A. No, the digigoldcard is a next generation ATM debit card on an
Independent card platform. 



Q. Is your card part of North York Credit Union?

A. No, we use an entirely different banking network from the typical cards
being offered.



Q. What currencies can I load my card with?

A. E-gold and E-bullion.



Q. How long does it take to fund my card?

A. Under normal circumstances you submit a card funding request it is
processed the following day to your card. Then you can go to the atm and
withdraw your cash.



Q. Is your card a Mastercard or Visa?

A. No, you are thinking of a credit card. The Digital Gold Card is a stored
value ATM card.



Q. Can I use the card to verify my Paypal account?

A. No, our card cannot be used for that purpose.



Q. What faxed ID documentation do I need to order the card?

A. None. However, you are required to submit your real information in the
card order form.



Q. How much is Shipping?

A. Shipping is FREE to everyone, anywhere in the world. You only pay the
$39.95 card price when you order.



Q. How long does it take to receive my card?

A. Cards are shipped via US postal priority (track and confirm). US
residents should receive their card in 3-4 days. NON US residents may take
slightly longer.
