[e-gold-list] Is the GDCA dead?

I went today to the GDCA web site check ratings, and upon entering to
the "news" I see that the first item announces the update of the
september ratings. So I asked myself, "September of what year"? and
being unable to answer the question, decided to ask publicly in the
list.

After all, of what use are reputation rankings from who knows how many
years ago?

So I ask, is the GDCA dead? semi-dead? in hibernation? Something
happened and I didn't realize up to know?

Answers are greatly appreciated.
