I believe it would do more for reputation if all gold
exchangers form a habit of putting a contactable phone
number and the person in charge on their websites or
at least in their customer acknowledgement email. As
for this case of mine,
Leon from Asianagold just contacted and told me he
hasn't got the copy of my bank-in slip which I mailed
4 times already. I just send a 5th copy to him. And
also another email without any attachment to see if
his mail provider purposely deletes all mail with
attachments as well as asking Leon for his phone
number. He has not replied yet. Will let the list know
the outcome of this case.
