Dramatic news at this hour:

MasterCard international have served notice to merchant banks that they are SHUTTING OFF
all ATM and POS traffic with respect to all card programs as of TODAY, FRIDAY 5th, at 3:00
p.m. EST.

Naturally, your card balance will not be lost - MasterCard will refund your funds directly
to cardholders, perhaps by mail.  (We will inform you as more information is available.)

It appears that you can still for now normally use ATMs - if you wish to, please do so
before 2:30 PM EST.
