The plans look good and not expensive,  presumably they are in US
dollars not NZ dollars?

However your site gives no information about who you are or where you
are.  Your website says it is NZ based as does the registry but your
email is using yarantoos.com which looks like it is in Thai although
based in an Auckland Suburb also.

Some information about who you are posted on the website such as "Who We
Are", would likely inspire more confidence for people to give you
hosting business, especially if the sites are supposed to be secure.

Also the grammar of your email shows English is not your native
language.
