Dont shoot the messenger Pablo! You did mention me below after all.
In case anyone is wondering what I am talking about, this is the
actually text from supragold's front page. This is their marketing
strategy:
Welcome to SupraGold
supra (latin): = above, superior, supranational
Since 10 years digital gold currencies are a part of the internet and facilitate:
* fast payments
* non repudiable payments
* storage of value
* insurance against inflation
* truly international
Various companies tried to serve the digital gold market, but none combines it all. The biggest player, e-gold.com, was raided in December 2005 and since then runs 'under the guidance' of the feds, hardly what you like from a currency! 1mdc.com, a DGC with no ID requirements is piggy-backed on e-gold, and in the case e-gold will be shut down, 1mdc will be history, too. Besides that the maker of 1mdc is a wacko and a one-man-show with no real business concept. His latest proclamation of stupidity can be read here:
http://supragold.com/JPM_nuts.html
goldmoney.com, on the other hand, is managed by James Turk, with way over the hill requirements for your identification and verification. Rumors are out, that you soon will have to render a DNA-sample (be it spit or semen), if you want to keep gold with them. They have ZERO commerce, only storage. And James Turk has the wardship :-), you can not escape!
And then there are the small contenders like pecunix.com. At first glance pecunix looks superior, but try to use them! It's a geek's currency, reserved for 0.000001% of the world's population.
And phoenixdollar, a silver currency, it first looks great, BUT: the managing staff is ALL AMERICAN, is a SITTING DUCK in the US, and on top the silver bullion is stored in New York. Oh my.....:-(
I forgot to mention the Liberty Dollar (NORFED): The US mint as well as the government have started to destroy it. I never understood how people can come up with the idea to start a new currency in the dictatorship of the US. They seem to be naive, romantic, hopelessly idealistic. Today, on Nov 29 2006, I received an email from Norfed, which makes them an activist group, but not a currency issuer. Read the email here.

And then there was e-gold, starting to implement their dirty master's orders (you remember: e-gold was raided in December 2005, and for 40 hours they were completely down, the feds installing their backdoors, etc.): They DELETED and CONFISCTAED a couple of thousand accounts, majorly from iranian users - E-Gold is the MASTER! Heil e-gold dictatorship!
Update April 13, 2007: Fox news published a devastating report on e-gold, showing underground camera footage of Dr. Jackson (looking like a bum at the gas station) and James Ray (head of Omnipay and e-gold list moderator). They all look more like a mom & pop operation. That wouldn't be bad, if not the feds and the mass media (presstitutes) have e-gold on their agenda to be extinguished. And as e-gold was stupid enough to be the sitting duck in Florida these FEDS will eventually erase them. We at SupraGold think e-gold will not survive 2007(and the nutcase John Paul May will be drowning with them).

So you are for all intents and purposes attacking Sidd, JPM, Doug, James Bernard and I.
If you don't own this site, how can you bite the hand that feeds you like this?
The website doesn't even work and its got a fitness graphic on it for goodness sakes. You defend this rubbish?

Best regards,
Gordon
