[e-gold-list] Important rule change for e-gold list. Politics permitted.

I've tried, without success at times, to keep this list focused on gold,
other forms of money (esp. the electronic kind), security, and stuff like
that, while avoiding religion and politics. I wanted to avoid things like
libertarian chest-thumping debates (still do!) but recent events forced
the issue. There's no way NOT to discuss politics. I'll even start in my
next message when I go back to the martincam address.
