Yeah, if I sell someone a currency that I can't spend anywhere or exchange
for anything valuable, and I can only sell back to myself, then I could also
make it so no HYIPs use my system.
I don't think it is the "verification" of accounts so much as GM's other
anti-use policies. Anyone with photoshop can mail something that looks like
a photocopy of an ID.
