Hi Vinay,

It sounds like to start off they need a Local Exchange Trading System
or Local Economy Trading Scheme. See

When they have something they can sell to outsiders, THEN they can try
to earn real-value money, such as e-gold, GoldMoney or Pecunix. Why
would a well-meaning (good-willed or benevolent) person want to
short-change these people by paying them with fraudulent (ie. fiat)
money?

PS: Your "hexayurt" sounds fascinating! With the price of housing
these days, maybe people _outside of_ refugee camps would be
interested in living in a yurt. ;)
