Subject: New Policy for Exchange Providers
Sent: 2006-Aug-01 xx:xx:xx

A GoldMoney Administrator wrote on 2006-Aug-01 xx:xx:xx GMT:

Dear GoldMoney Customer:

This is to advise that GoldMoney is discontinuing its service to third party
exchange businesses, namely businesses like yours that convert GoldMoney
goldgrams to and from other e-currencies. Our new policy is that accounts
in GoldMoney cannot be used for third party exchanges unless GoldMoney is
your only online currency and also, that you convert goldgrams into national
currencies using traditional banking systems.

As a result of this decision, your Holding will be closed at the close of
business on 31 August 2006. This message provides you with 30-days notice
to liquidate the goldgrams in your Holding.

You may:
- Liquidate your goldgrams by placing a sell order at our website and
requesting the proceeds be wired to a bank account held in the name of your
business.
- Transfer your goldgrams to another exchange provider who will liquidate
your goldgrams for you (it is up to you to arrange with the other provider
an equivalent amount of payment).

Please do not complete any further e-currency exchanges with any GoldMoney
customer Holdings.

If you have questions about liquidating your goldgrams and closing your
Holding, please feel free to contact us by replying to this message.

Sincerely
R. Harrison
GoldMoney Support Team
