Hi Everyone
I am lucky to find this post here at the forums regarding
incrementalgold.com exchange services.
And since David from incrementalgold.com is very active in the forums
here,i take this opportunity to post my story,call it a tragedy,so
that everyone can read and decide what is right or wrong.
Over a month back,i sold $100 e-gold with incrementalgold.com and
receive my bank wire for it in time.
I gained confidence,and liked live support offered here.
I took a major decision and decided to sell al my e-gold,figure is $20,500
Yes,twenty thousand five hundred dollars,my biggest mistake.
As with my first order,i received a confirmation within 3 days that my
bank wire has been sent from david,and it should arrive within 2 days.
I waited for one whole week,and contacted live support then.They asked
me to wait couple of more days to see if i can get it,since they
claimed to have sent my wire.And this guy also asked me contact only
via email,not via live support.
I waited and waited,and constantly sent emails to them asking about my wire.
Finally,they replied with a positive answer,and told me that by
mistake,they sent wire to incorrect bank account(missed a digit),they
made a mistake,not me,if it is true,of course.
Next,they told me that in 2 days,when bank wire is received back,they
will re-issue the wire.
Even after 4 days,they told me that they did not receive the bank wire as yet.
The 5th day,they said that they will refund my money back,to be fair
on their part.
I got happy,agreed for the refund,so that i can order again and get
new wire issues again immediately.
HORROR COMES HERE.
They tell me that my e-gold account from which i have sent them the
payment has been blocked and cannot receive payment from others.They
also said that they contacted e-gold.com regarding this,and were told
that i am a scammer and a hacker,and to stop this wire if possible.
Can you believe this???
I was shocked,i did not have a clue that my e-gold account which i had
successfully operating for over 2 years,got blocked right after few
days after i ordered to sell my e-gold with incrementalgold.com
Despite my several requests,they say that now they cannot refund my
money unless my account is restored,they cannot refund money to my new
e-gold account,
and worst,they cannot issue my bank wire of $20,000 unless my e-gold
account from which i ordered is restored to normal.
I tried to explain them that my money is with them and that e-gold.com
is not a bank,which they always say that e-gold.com is like a bank to
them and that when their bank is saying to stop wire,they cannot issue
the wire unless e-gold.com tells them to do that.
Now,they say that they can send my money only after e-gold issue is resolved.
I am trying to contact e-gold.com constantly regarding this issue,but
i haven;t been responded for days from compliance and investigation
department.
General department did reply and told me to contact C&I department to
resolve this issue,and also told me that e-gold.com is not a bank and
do not involve in any other business except e-gold.com
I called them on their phone,reached customer service,who took my
e-gold account number and said that they would notify C&I department
regarding this and get the issue resolved.
But what conclusion can i draw over this whole issue??
I am still very nervous,with what has gone ovee past few days.
Incrementalgold.com does not give me their phone numbers so that i can
talk to them,despite my several requests.
I request all forum members to give their views regarding this and
draw attention of david from incrementalgold.com regarding this.
I am still hopeful to recover my money back,but i need support of
forum members here.
And yes,i have all the communications b/w incrementalgold.com and me
as a proof for me,if need be.
PLEASE HELP!HELP!HELP! AND ADVISE!!
