Your first message indicated that whoever would be able to help you
would need to be in Malaysia. I figured that another Malaysian-located
list member would help you, although a one (US) dollar premium is not
much incentive. ;)

Your latest message leaves open the possibility that maybe your debit
card provider would accept a PayPal payment from someone outside
Malaysia. Is this the case?

By the way. I don't actually have money in my PayPal account, although
the account could draw money from one of my credit cards - however,
probably at a higher cost than one dollar, including (USD-AUD)
exchange rate costs, but I mention this here in case someone else in
or outside of Malaysia will read this and offer to help you.
