Do you know how it feels when your account is frozen and the customer 
service denies to help you resolve the situation? After the problems 
resolution by due deligence unit, I got another letter from the e-golds so 
called customer service still denying to look into the matter. Eventhough 
feeling good I already had got help, I felt bad, that the customer service 
is so lousy. In fact I've received mails from people asking, how did you 
succeed to contact/get through to them.

And Graham, in future, when someone writes "help" in the topic, please save 
them the agony of reading your nonsense.
