Please clarify this for me... was it e-gold or omnipay that were
refused a license?

Operating a DGC is an entirely different thing from operating an
exchange, so consequently the same set of rules cannot be applied.

You right Sidd it is probably Omnipay but I am sure James could clarify
that for you.
