• Designing and implementing process improvements (workflow and dataflow) which will, conservatively, save $30,000 from a $90,000 payroll

• Designing and implementing process improvements in supply management, cash management and document management that will shield the business from legal liability, smooth operational cash flows and ensure the smooth running of the business

• Documenting these processes textually and graphically

• Designed and implemented a procurement plan to select a vendor (of 19 approved) to provide Electronic Medical Record and Billing software.

• Evaluated proposals for procurement of business and computing equipment
